We want all of our customers to love their time at Hand Thrown. If you are in any way disappointed with your experience, please speak to Katrina at the end of the session. We'll do our best to address any issues and will book you onto another session free of charge.

Cancellation of a booking by the customer
Hand Thrown is a small business so we rely on people coming to the sessions they have booked. But if you find you really can't make it, please let us know as soon as you can and we'll re-schedule for another time at no extra charge. Unfortunately if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we'll be unable to refund or re-schedule.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session we will give you as much notice as possible. Customers will either be transferred to another session or offered a full refund.

Clay Club:
If you can't make one of your regular sessions, please let us know and we will do our best to find you space on another day.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers are valid to be used for bookings within 12 months of their purchase. 
Gift vouchers must have a booking in place before the expiry date stated on the voucher. 
The chosen session may be beyond the expiry date of the voucher, but contact must have been made and the date booked in before the voucher expires. Out of date vouchers cannot be accepted.
